Rain Tree Cottage is not your typical bed and breakfast, but a Private Guest Home that provides unique accommodations and a perfect destination for vacations, retreats, wedding night stays, honeymoons, and visits to the historical city of Chico and California State University. Located between Sacramento and Redding, about 6 miles north of downtown Chico, Rain Tree Cottage is very inviting in its scenic country setting, surrounding you with breathtaking views of the Cohasset Foothills, seasonal Rock Creek, rose garden, fruit and nut trees and more! Rain Tree Cottage offers a full kitchen and dining area as well as outdoor deck, workout area, swimming pool and spa. * $175 per night (Single or double occupancy, two adults max.) * $15 for an additional guest per night * A $50 non-refundable deposit per night is required upon booking, with balance due upon arrival. Cash/VISA/MC. Rates subject to change without notice.
