This Italian verital is ideally matched to our warmer climate here in the central valley. Our vines are head pruned and dry farmed to allow our grapes to produce balanced wines that are a vivid expression of our vineyards.
Our grapes are organically farmed and hand harvested to insure the best grapes are used in the wine making.
Our wines are made in a traditional style in small quantities from the finest local grapes in Butte County. This allows us to give attention to each batch of grapes as we go through the wine making process.
We perform all the tasks of the wine production, from picking grapes, washing barrels to pouring at a wine tasting.
Our newly constructed winery features rice straw bale construction with local sycamore wood. The rice straw was also from local farms.
