The Mozart Mile is a favorite Chico community tradition. Walk, run, stroll, saunter or stride along a level course through Bidwell Park on a beautiful autumn morning. Musicians from the North State Symphony, youth music groups, and dancers from Chico Community Ballet entertain along the way! This year, the North State Symphony is also partnering with Avenue 9 Gallery. Their artists set up “stations” along the Mozart Mile course for a Paint Out, while runners run, walkers walk, and musicians play – all for the benefit of the North State Symphony and youth music. Participants can choose from a 5K or a one-mile shorter course.
