Original, pre-owned, framed works by nationally known Janet Turner will be on sale for one day only in celebration of Artoberfest exclusively at Chico Paper Company. This is a 7-hour only event at 20% off. Come early these won't last!
Chico Paper Company is honored to offer these Turner images including: Koi, Raptor Rapture, Snowy Owl, The Owl, Sycamore Sang II, Among the Tule, Wood Ducks, The Raven and more.
Turner was a pioneer in combining art techniques, such as silk-screen with linoleum block printing. She was instrumental in developing the printmaking department at CSU Chico, teaching from 1959 to 1979.
As well known as she was locally, she was renowned internationally. Her artistic accomplishments have been exhibited in every state and some 50 countries on six continents. In the United States, her work is held in the collections of the Smithsonian Institution as well as the San Francisco Museum of Art and the Library of Congress.
