This weekend will have fewer studios open for your investigation, but the studios that choose to remain open, will be the more interesting and entertaining. The hours are still 10am to 5pm for all the open studios. You can take a trip up the Skyway to studios nestled in secret spots in Paradise. Be sure to visit the Paradise Art Center for a look at what is happening on the ridge. After Paradise, head down the road to Oroville and experience all that the Artists of River Town have to offer. Visit the open studios and feel the pioneer spirit that is Oroville. There is much art in Oroville, some right on the side of the road, some tucked inside small shops, all of it worth seeing. The second weekend of the Open Studios Art Tour is perfect for finishing up any special gift searches and satisfying your curiosity about that “one” open studio, you have never been able to visit.
