Presented by The Writing Loft
Attention book lovers! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 1st, when six Californian authors will appear at the second annual “Must Love Books” Author Panel to be held at the Butte County Library in Chico, California. The Writing Loft has gathered six authors of both fiction and nonfiction who have a lot to say about what it’s like to be a writer.
Modeled after the author panel discussions at Book Expo America in NYC, and author panels around the country, our “Must Love Books” Author Panel is designed to “promote and celebrate books, authors and the craft of writing,” according to Nora Profit who is the host of the event. Profit holds a degree in Journalism from San Jose State and is currently the director and founder of The Writing Loft, the only creative writing school of its kind in the North state.
We’re kicking off the literary arts side of Chico’s Artoberfest.
