North State Symphony European Treasures
Nielsen’s Maskarade Overture kicks off the new season, and the magnificent horn section gets top billing in Schumann’s Konzertstuck, a concerto for four horns and orchestra. Tchaikovsky’s 4th Symphony, the Russian master’s most optimistic and joy-filled work, concludes the concert.
