| | THE ILLUSION Tony Kushner's witty and highly entertaining adaptation of a 17th Century fairytale-fable by Pierre Corneille. Playing on themes of love, reality, and marital infidelity, the story centers around a father enlisting a sorcerer to help find his son. This take on a neoclassic French comedy is a bit of departure from Kushner's other well known plays, such as ANGELS IN AMERICA, and equally as enjoyable to witness. Directed by Brad Moniz and starring Jerry Miller, this is the inaugural show for Jerry Miller and his son Loki to share the stage. Also starring Ben Allen, Jesse Mills, Kate Corey, Keilana Decker, and introducing Zeda Samuel. | | The Blue Room is always accepting donations of any kind - including items you may not want or need anymore! If you have extra stuff around that you need to get rid of, bring it by - we are always looking for clothes for costumes, props, etc. We can also give you a reciept with our non-profit information for tax-deduction purposes. Please call the theater (895-3749) to set up a time to drop-off your items! | |
