Who I'd like to meet: Goddess2U emphasizes fitness and self-expression through dance and invites you to enjoy Belly Dance as an aspect of a wholistic and healthy lifestyle. Classes typically include warm-up, technique, and choreography, usually in this sequence. At the more advanced level, timing and interpretation of the music become more important. Students are encouraged to learn to use finger cymbals (also called zils), as it supports the understanding of Middle Eastern dance rhythms. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING CLASSES, PLEASE CONTACT GODDESS2U OR CHECK THE CARD WEBSITE AT www.chicorec.com
