| | What is the Young Company?
The Blue Room Theatre Young Company is a non-profit, educational organization dedicated to providing children and teens with the opportunity to experience the performing arts. The Young Company offers year round productions, classes and workshops for ages 3 through 18.
The Young Company's mission is to encourage children and teens of all backgrounds to participate in the dramatic arts. Exposing youth to the theatre, probably the most collaborative of all the arts, develops skills in problem solving, teamwork and discipline, while building self-esteem. We strive to make theatre classes and performance opportunities available to all youth.
