The 1st Annual Chico Palio was a blast!

Many community groups and Chicoans were out to see what may be destined to become, Chico's fall art spectacle of colorful horses and flags, zooming around in a kinetic art race! Perfect for welcoming in the Chico's fall color, Chico Palio delivered smiles and fun, to those gathered behind the City Municipal Building to participate in this year's inaugural event.
